2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all services offered by Villa Plagniau, including in particular:

• individual wellness and coaching sessions
• massages, mind-body practices, and energy healing
• workshops, retreats, and coaching programs
• stays with accommodation, solo or duo
• table d'hôte and meals offered as part of stays
• gift certificates
• digital products and content

Any reservation, order, or purchase implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Nature of services & framework

The services offered by Villa Plagniau are part of an approach focused on well-being, rejuvenation, and personal development.
They do not constitute in any way:

• a medical or paramedical procedure
• a diagnosis
• medical or psychological treatment

The customer acknowledges that they are fit to participate in the activities offered and undertakes to inform the service provider of any medical conditions, allergies, food intolerances, or contraindications.

4. Booking stays with accommodation

The reservation of a stay includes:

• accommodation for the specified period
• the services included in the selected offer
• table d'hôte meals, when mentioned

The reservation becomes binding after:

• written confirmation
• and payment of the deposit or the total amount requested

Villa Plagniau reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the conditions are not met.

5. Rates

Prices are quoted in euros (€), according to the applicable VAT regime.
Rates include only those services explicitly mentioned in the offer. Any additional services will be subject to additional billing.

6. Payment terms

Payments can be made by:

• bank transfer
• species
• electronic payment (SumUp or equivalent)

For stays with accommodation:

• A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
• the balance is payable before or at the start of the stay

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services:

• accommodation
• recreational
• well-being

provided on a specific date or during a specific period.

8. Cancellation and modification – Stays with accommodation

Cancellation by the customer:

• More than 21 days before the start of the stay: refund of the deposit, minus any administrative fees
• Between 21 and 8 days before the stay: the deposit remains due
• Less than 7 days before the stay or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the stay is due.

Cancellation by Villa Plagniau:
Villa Plagniau reserves the right to cancel a stay in the event of:

• force majeure
• exceptional unavailability
• insufficient number of participants (for group stays)

In this case, the amounts paid will be fully refunded or carried over.

9. Table d'hôtes – food & allergies

Meals offered as part of the table d'hôte service are prepared with care, in a friendly, family atmosphere. Guests agree to notify us before their stay:

• any food allergy
• any intolerance
• any special diet

Villa Plagniau cannot be held liable in the event of omission or late notification on the part of the customer.

10. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers:

• are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• are neither refundable nor exchangeable
• may be transferred to a third party with prior consent

An expired gift card is considered lost.

11. Liability & insurance

The customer is responsible for their behavior during their stay and agrees to comply with:

• the locations
• the equipment provided
• the other participants

Villa Plagniau declines all responsibility in the event of:

• loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• accident caused by inappropriate or reckless behavior

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, exercises, audio files, texts, and visuals provided during stays and support sessions remain the exclusive property of Villa Plagniau. Any reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

13. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at www.villaplagniau.com.

14. Force majeure

Villa Plagniau cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance due to a force majeure event (illness, accident, bad weather, administrative decision, etc.).

15. Applicable law & disputes

These GTC are subject to Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the service provider's place of business.
