The Renaître à Soi cycles are part of this natural spiral.
Each theme - anchoring, liberation, connection, incarnation -
is not a step to be taken, but a gateway to the same essence:
that of consciousness awakening to itself.

You can start by anchoring yourself or by radiating,
by releasing or by opening up - because everything responds to each other, everything feeds each other.
This circle has no fixed order,
it is the breath of life that circulates through you,
always bringing you back to your center,
where everything begins and begins again.

To be reborn is to learn to dance with this inner spiral,
to honor the seasons of your soul and to welcome, with gentleness,
the eternal movement of transformation.
